Sample Contract 2
This document hereby declares the heartfelt submission of J to P, and P's loving acceptance of it. This contract is intended to specify the responsibilities of J and P in their relationship as submissive and dominant. This contract can be amended at any time by mutual agreement between J and P. Furthermore, this contract can be nullified at any time by mutual agreement or can be broken by J's showing disrespect (as outlined below) for her collar, and, thus, for the relationship as outlined in this contract.
I, J, being of sound mind and body, do hereby submit myself fully to be P's submissive, servant, and possession. I agree, to the best of my ability, to the following:
I will be P's lifelong lover, companion, and friend.
I will devote myself, in mind and body, to P's desires. I will learn to serve P in all settings according to those desires, whether in public, amongst family and friends, or in BDSM settings. I will obey him without question, knowing that he will never knowingly subject me to anything which will cause me physical or mental harm. In lieu of this devotion, I agree to obey all of the commands he chooses to issue to me.
I agree to be corrected by whatever punishment P deems fit to administer, whether corporal or otherwise, whenever he feels the need to correct me for his own satisfaction.
I will be honest with P when asked questions, and I will practice no evasion, equivocation, nor hesitation whatsoever when questioned.
I will treat P with the utmost respect at all times, especially when in the company of others.
I agree to make my body available whenever, wherever, and however P wishes.
I understand I will receive at least one day-long training session each month. I understand that that I will receive numerous short training sessions throughout the month, as scheduled by P.
I agree to learn to control my temper, as tantrums are unacceptable to P.
I will learn any skills that P selects for me to accomplish, including (but not limited to): stripping, belly dancing, professional cooking, tea service, including the Japanese tea ceremony, etc.
I will keep proper grooming and hygiene habits, including (but not limited to): brushing my teeth each morning and evening, showering each day, brushing my hair, shaving my private parts and legs when P deems necessary, washing my feet when I have walked outside barefoot, etc. When P desires, he will groom me as his pet.
I will do my best to help P maintain my mental and physical health, which includes (but is not limited to) taking medicine when so ordered, resting when needed, not overdoing physical activities, informing P of my health if I am feeling poorly, and continued attendance to certain 12 step meetings while taking all appropriate actions with in the scope of participation in that 12 step program.
I will submit to the body modifications of corset training, shaving, piercing, and tattooing at P's discretion and according to his instruction.
I will perform household tasks on a regular basis, as specified by P.
I will write in a journal daily for P to read at his leisure. I understand this journal is for P's and my eyes only, and that this is my sole property for me to keep if we ever separate.
When my collar is presented to me, I will wear it with pride, as it is a token of my permanent submission to and love for P as well as a representation of his love for me as my Master and husband.
I will also receive a token that I am to wear at all times in lieu of my collar when I am in a situation where my collar would be construed as inappropriate. This item will function as a collar in all aspects, including the rules of .collar removal. (see below).
I will never remove my collar or token myself without P's permission, unless:
it is causing health problems of a dangerous nature to point that it is necessary for me to remove or adjust it;
I am to attend an important engagement where wearing the collar by P's definition is not appropriate, and P is absolutely unavailable to remove it for me (i.e., meeting mom, a job interview, college interview, etc.);
Or, for some next to impossible reason, I decide separate from P and break our contract.
I will learn any physical positions and corresponding vocal commands P desires, as long as they do not physically harm me. I will also promptly obey these commands as part of our agreement.
I understand I am not allowed to masturbate or have orgasms without P's permission, as my mind, body, and heart are his to do with as he wishes.
I, P, being of sound mind and body, do hereby happily and lovingly accept the responsibility and pleasure of being J's Master, dominant, and owner. I agree, to the best of my ability, to fulfill the following:
I will treat J as my beloved friend, lover, and companion as well as my submissive, servant, and possession. Although she is my submissive, she is still a person, and this will never be forgotten.
I agree to attend to the physical, mental, and emotional well being of J. I will provide emotional support, love, and security to the best of my ability. For me to do this successfully, it is imperative that J follow the rule of .honesty. which was previously stated in this contract.
I will lovingly, firmly, and appropriately discipline J when she requires correction for her betterment.
I agree to teach J the rules I wish to have followed in all situations, and to be very explicit with her regarding the behavior that I expect from her in each situation.
I will be specific and constant in my demands of J, as specificity and consistency are essential to her training, to her happiness as a slave, and to my happiness as her Master.
During play or sex sessions, I will from time to time use .dirty. talk of a fun and playful nature. In lieu of her stated psychological limits, under no circumstances will I call J names which insinuate she is weak, stupid, or worthless, as they would be harmful to her mental well being.
In accordance with other stated limits, I will not knowingly cut or otherwise draw blood from J, or permanently scar her without her desire for me to do so. Also I will never spank her with any implement on the back of her hands at anytime, due to previous abuse. Spanking the palm of her hand is acceptable only if spanked by my hand and no other implement.
It is fully understood by me that J has a maximum level of tolerance to pain and fear that would be dangerous to her physical and mental health for me to push past. I will allow J to communicate with me to stop play or punishment if I reach her limit of tolerance by calling out her safe word, or, if she is gagged, to repeatedly open or close her hands in lieu of a safe word. At the safe word/signal, I will immediately cease all play/punishment and check to see if she needs aid and/or consolation.
I will not lend J's sexual or submissive services to any other dominants or .vanilla. people unless this has been carefully discussed and negotiated without pressure on her to comply. If I lend J's sexual service, I agree to be present at all times to supervise, to participate, and to make sure all safe sex and s/m safety precautions are correctly observed.
I will allow J to have enough personal time to pursue outside interests, friendships, and her 12 step program, realizing that these are necessary for her mental and physical well being as well as to make her a more interesting and stable person, and, thus, a better submissive.
I will not try to psychologically .break. J, as she has had abusive previous owners who have tried to crush her core personality. J will respect and obey me, and she is expected to strive to please me in all things, as I am her Lord and Master, but I do not desire her to alter her core personality.
I will play with J whenever I desire to do so. .Play sessions. are not to be confused with .training sessions,. as play is meant for enjoyment, while training is meant for J's cultivation as my submissive.
